Why We Built Yorag

YORAG Technologies was founded by a Mechanical Engineer with deep hands-on product development experience spanning Telecom, Automotive, EV, Networking, Medical, and IoT.

Trained as a Mechanical Engineer and hardened across real product cycles — not program management, not oversight, but hands-on engineering across Telecom, EV, Automotive, Networking, Medical, and IoT — Yognath built YORAG to give every client access to the kind of senior, cross-domain execution that most engineering firms simply cannot offer.

That cross-pollination means we bring solutions and failure modes from EV thermal management into IoT enclosure design, or apply telecom-grade reliability thinking to medical device development cycles.

Work hands-on with sheet metal, injection-moulded, and extruded components across real client projects. Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models per GD&T standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with PCB and firmware teams to ensure fit, form, and function from day one.

You should have a foundational understanding of PCB design and schematic capture (KiCad, Altium, or equivalent) along with hands-on exposure to board bring-up and basic hardware debugging. A working knowledge of AC/DC power supply circuits and an appetite to learn SMPS design is essential. You must be comfortable bridging hardware and software — understanding how embedded firmware interfaces with peripherals, sensors, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C) will set you apart. Freshers and final-year students with strong fundamentals and the right attitude are encouraged to apply.

Lead AC/DC and DC/DC power supply module design including SMPS topologies (flyback, buck-boost, PFC) with a focus on efficiency, thermal management, and regulatory compliance. Perform signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI analysis. Work through EVT and DVT stages with hands-on debugging and validation. Coordinate with CM/EMS partners for DFM and Gerber review. Experience with IPC-2221 standards and BOM management is expected.

Build and maintain automated test jigs, ICT fixtures, and boundary-scan setups. Write FMEAs, test reports, and failure analysis documents to regulatory standards. Coordinate with external compliance labs for CE, FCC, and BIS pre-certification testing. Strong hands-on lab skills and familiarity with Python-based test automation are preferred.
