Founder's Story
YORAG Technologies was founded by a Mechanical Engineer with deep hands-on product development experience spanning Telecom, Automotive, EV, Networking, Medical, and IoT.
We started this firm because great engineering ideas deserve great engineering execution — and most companies shouldn't have to choose between speed, quality, and cost. At YORAG, we exist to bridge that gap and get real products built right.
Trained as a Mechanical Engineer and hardened across real product cycles — not program management, not oversight, but hands-on engineering across Telecom, EV, Automotive, Networking, Medical, and IoT — Yognath built YORAG to give every client access to the kind of senior, cross-domain execution that most engineering firms simply cannot offer.

Open Positions
Assist in developing mechanical designs for hardware products using SolidWorks or CATIA. Support DFM analysis, prototyping, and tolerance stack-up reviews alongside senior engineers. Work hands-on with sheet metal, injection-moulded, and extruded components across real client projects. Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models per GD&T standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with PCB and firmware teams to ensure fit, form, and function from day one.
We are looking for someone who is ready to be part of an aggressive, fast-moving team where personal growth and company growth go hand in hand — if you thrive under pressure and want your work to matter from day one, this is your seat. You should have a foundational understanding of PCB design and schematic capture (KiCad, Altium, or equivalent) along with hands-on exposure to board bring-up and basic hardware debugging. A working knowledge of AC/DC power supply circuits and an appetite to learn SMPS design is essential. You must be comfortable bridging hardware and software — understanding how embedded firmware interfaces with peripherals, sensors, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C) will set you apart. Freshers and final-year students with strong fundamentals and the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
Design and review schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts using Altium Designer for high-speed, RF, and power electronics applications. Lead AC/DC and DC/DC power supply module design including SMPS topologies (flyback, buck-boost, PFC) with a focus on efficiency, thermal management, and regulatory compliance. Perform signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI analysis. Work through EVT and DVT stages with hands-on debugging and validation. Coordinate with CM/EMS partners for DFM and Gerber review. Experience with IPC-2221 standards and BOM management is expected.
Own end-to-end product mechanical design — from concept sketches to DFM-ready 3D models and production drawings. Design enclosures, brackets, and structural components for Telecom, EV, and IoT hardware products. Conduct thermal CFD analysis, GD&T reviews, and tooling coordination with injection mould and sheet metal vendors. Proficiency in SolidWorks is required; experience with IP-rated enclosures or ruggedised designs is a strong plus.
Develop and optimise embedded firmware in C/C++ for ARM Cortex-M and ESP32-based systems running FreeRTOS or Zephyr. Implement BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, and UART/SPI/I2C peripheral drivers from scratch. Own BSP bring-up, power management optimisation, and OTA update pipelines. Experience with hardware debugging tools (JTAG, logic analyser, oscilloscope) and at least one wireless stack (ESP-IDF, nRF SDK, or similar) is required.
Plan and execute EVT, DVT, and PVT test protocols for complex hardware products across Telecom, EV, and Medical domains. Build and maintain automated test jigs, ICT fixtures, and boundary-scan setups. Write FMEAs, test reports, and failure analysis documents to regulatory standards. Coordinate with external compliance labs for CE, FCC, and BIS pre-certification testing. Strong hands-on lab skills and familiarity with Python-based test automation are preferred.
